The Prince of the Roses - A Tudor TL

Great chapter. Poor Isabella can't catch a break, if it wasn't enough to be forced to marry her daughter to France and lose half her kingdom, now Christian's ambitions don't bode well for the future.

Since Ferdinand and Isabella's main objective is the development of Spain, it would be interesting to see the reaction of other parts of Europe (Burgundy and Italy mainly) to the departure of part of their skilled labor force to Spain under the promise of gold and land while they are all focused on trying to kill each other.

True that. Poor woman gets a touch deal here. And her husband's ambitions aren't boding well either, since the Danish estates aren't keen on being ruled by the Dutch as well, he has already pissed of the Norwegians, the Swedish are absolutely not gonna be fine with this and his scheming uncle are plotting against him. Plus he has lost the Hapsburg support he had otl as he only has Dutch support how. I can't see this end well for him, can you?

Lmao. Spain will definitely have to rebuild their merchant class again.
